「テキーラの街」は、児童の性的虐待および搾取（CSAE: Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation）を、いかなる形であっても一切許容しません。また本アプリは酒類を扱うため、 20歳未満の方のご利用を認めていません。

1. 対象年齢とご利用条件

本アプリは 20歳以上の方専用です（日本の法令に基づく飲酒可能年齢）。
登録時に利用規約への同意を必須としており、規約において20歳未満の利用を禁止しています。
20歳未満の方の利用が判明した場合、アカウントを停止・削除します。
Google Play では対象年齢を成人区分に設定し、未成年のアクセスを制限しています。

2. 禁止する行為（CSAE に関して）

以下の行為・コンテンツを、投稿・プロフィール・コメント・画像・その他すべての場所において厳格に禁止します。

児童（18歳未満）の性的虐待を描写・示唆・助長するあらゆるコンテンツ（CSAM を含む）
児童を性的対象として扱う表現、児童の性的な描写を含む画像・イラスト・文章
児童に対する性的な誘引・グルーミング、性的な目的での接触の試み
児童の人身売買・性的搾取に関与、または助長する行為
上記に該当するコンテンツへの誘導（リンク・連絡先の共有を含む）
児童に対して、酒類の摂取を勧誘・助長する行為

3. 通報の方法

アプリ内のどこからでも通報できます。通報者の情報が相手に伝わることはありません。

投稿の通報: 各投稿の「⋯」メニュー →「通報する」
ユーザーの通報・ブロック: 相手のプロフィール画面のメニュー →「通報する」／「ブロックする」（ブロックすると、以後その相手のコンテンツは表示されません）
メールでの通報: info@whitebear3.com （件名に「児童の安全に関する通報」とご記入ください。最優先で確認します）

4. 通報を受けた後の対応

CSAE に関する通報は最優先で扱い、原則24時間以内に確認します。
違反が確認された場合、コンテンツを即時削除し、アカウントを永久停止します。
CSAM（児童性的虐待コンテンツ）を認知した場合、日本の法令に従い 警察および関係当局へ通報し、必要な範囲で捜査に協力します。また、必要に応じて国際的な報告機関（NCMEC 等）への報告を行います。
該当コンテンツは、法令に基づく保全要請がある場合を除き、確認後ただちにサービスから除去します。
再登録による回避を防ぐため、停止したアカウントの情報を必要な範囲で保持します。

ユーザー生成コンテンツはすべて通報・ブロックの対象とし、運営が確認できる体制を維持しています。
利用規約に、児童の性的虐待・搾取の禁止を明記しています（ゼロトレランス方針）。
公開範囲を限定する機能（非公開投稿・場所を隠す機能）を提供し、意図しない個人情報の露出を防いでいます。
不適切な利用の傾向が見られた場合、運営が能動的に確認・対処します。

Tequila District (テキーラの街) has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This app is intended for adults aged 20 and over only, in accordance with Japanese law on alcohol consumption.

Prohibited content and conduct

Any content that depicts, suggests, or promotes the sexual abuse of a minor (under 18), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
Sexualization of minors in any form, including images, illustrations, and text
Grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, or attempts to make contact for sexual purposes
Facilitating or participating in child trafficking or sexual exploitation
Linking to, or sharing contact details for, any of the above
Encouraging minors to consume alcohol

In-app: the “⋯” menu on any post → “Report”; or the menu on a user’s profile → “Report” / “Block”

Our response

CSAE reports are treated with the highest priority and reviewed within 24 hours.
Confirmed violations result in immediate content removal and permanent account termination.
Where CSAM is identified, we report it to the Japanese police and relevant authorities as required by law, and to international reporting bodies such as NCMEC where applicable, and cooperate with investigations.
